Our stay was very pleasant. + daily room service / clean towels etc. + amazing location with BART at a 5-min walking distance + lots and lots of nearby restaurants/bars + the staff was friendly + wi-fi was quite fast + they keep your luggage after check out

I was a little nervous about the hotel, but it turned out to be great. The room was large and was well equipped with a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. It was clean and had nice windows to open for fresh air. Perfect for a quick stay. The area was very convenient with a small market near by for water, etc.

The property is in great location, close to everything I needed / wanted to and see. It’s very reasonably priced and there were no surprise charges, everything is exactly as it says in the listing.

Excellent hotel! Location couldn't be better for the Bart Station to and from SFO Airport, to Oakland and Berkeley. Valencia Street for food, nightlife, entertainment and shopping. Walking distance to Mission Dolores Park, Castro Street and Market Street.

Excellent location just a bit off Market St - the neighborhood is quiet enough and the transport connections (Muni buses, Bart trains) are just around the corner

Location was great, the area around has some great food and bars. The hotel was good and it was clean, the bed was comfortable and the toilet, shower in room was great

The guy on reception was so lovely (maybe he’s the owner?) and let me check in early and also leave my bags the next day when I checked out. Legend! I had just come off from 6 weeks on a boat and I was shattered so it was nice to crash. Location cool,and good for the money. Thank you

Super nice little hotel! Everything was as advertised, and the subway and bus lines were less than 5 minutes away. There are a lot of good restaurants nearby and a few budget options too.

Close to Bart and easy to move around. Plenty of places to eat and drink. Close to downtown. Even though I thought area was not going to be the safest it turned out to be quite easy to walk around. The Hotel was clean and the lady would often come to offer towels and cleaning the room.

It’s in a great location and it’s clean. It’s only a couple minutes from the metro and the mission district is awesome. You can also take several trams to downtown. There’s a refrigerator and a microwave and a hair dryer. The property is much cheaper than others around and it has a private bathroom. I think people just leave bad reviews because they pay little money but somehow expect stay at a five-star hotel. This place is exactly are they advertise it.
